All For The East End Fund (AFTEE)

The AFTEE Fund has a singular mission: to support and celebrate the vital work of the non-profit organizations of the East End: East Hampton, Southampton, Shelter Island, Southold, and Riverhead.

The East End of Long Island has a reputation as one of the most beautiful communities in the world. For those who live, work and visit here, we feel very fortunate. But, because of its reputation, many people think there are no problems. This community is challenged by all the issues that concern any city: hunger, housing, health care, the environment, children, and families.

All For The East End Fund (AFTEE), works to address those issues by offering financial support through a  grant process.

Over the last two years,  and with the generosity of many donors,  AFTEE raised and distributed nearly $1.4 million granted to more than 60 non-profit organizations dealing with food instability and other issues brought on by the pandemic.

Ernie Cervi and Mary Slattery present a check for $5,000 to All For The East End to help address the very real crisis of food instability on Long Island’s East End.  Claudia Pilato, AFTEE board president said, “People look at the East End as beautiful and affluent,” Claudia Pilato, AFTEE board president said. “While it is both of those things, it is also a year-round community with the same challenges as any community.  Food Instability became very apparent during the pandemic and continues today with high numbers of families in need, especially with inflation and gas prices.   This Gift from Corcoran Cares is an important step in helping our local pantries provide food to families in need.”

Recently, Dan’s Paper’s also donated $2500 from the proceeds of its summer events to support AFTEE and its initiatives.
